一、关于主语
含义：主语说明一个句子是“谁或什么”。
作主语：
1、词类（名词 、代词 、数词 、）
2、短语（动词-ing形式 短语、不定式 短语）动词Ving、动词不定式作主语时通常用 it 作形式主语。
3、句子（主语从句）

1）English is very important.
英语是很重要的。(名词作主语)
2）They go to school by bus.
他们乘公共汽车上学。(代词作主语)
3）Most of the students come from the countryside.
大多数学生来自农村。(代词作主语)
4）Watching TV too much is bad for your eyes.
看电视太多对你的眼睛是有害的。(动词Ving形式（短语）作主语)
5）The young should respect the old.
年轻人应该尊重老人。（the +形容词,名词化的形容词）
6）It's no use regretting it.
后悔是无用的。
7）To see is to believe.
眼见为实。(动词不定式(短语)作主语)
8）It is very hard to get to sleep.
入睡很难。(形式主语)
9）What we discuss in the class is important.
我们在班上讨论的东西很重要。(句子做主语)
10）That he lost the game made him very upset.
他比赛失败让他很不开心。
也可以：It made him very upset that he lost the game .（形式主语）
