As a TV hostess facing millions of audiences, I used to keep slim and graceful by dieting even though/if it injures fitness. I got used to competing for honour and glory and cheating myself by pretending not to care errors and failures. It was not until I fell apart for stress that I realized this didn’t make any sense.

I started working out at a gymnasium or stadium. To avoid injury, I did push-ups, went jogging and played badminton now and then. Eventually, I had a go at more athletic sports such as soccer, skiing, gymnastics, boxing, and track-and-field event like marathon. Then I could add low-fat foods to my meals rather than cutting out all foods with fat.

Once I began sweating my way to fitness, I stopped comparing myself with/to actresses and models. Instead, athletes called masters or legends in sports set better examples for me. For example, Michael Jordan, an injured captain who led his team to medals and champions at championships with determination, has been inspiring me not to lose heart or give up.
